We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from the main shops and public transport links. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the foyer and our recently modernised room being spotless every day. The hotel facilities were also great, with a clean and comfortable room that had towels replenished daily and a small balcony to relax on. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was fabulous, with a wide range of freshly prepared options to choose from.

The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is pretty close to the centre and away from all the main attractions, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff at the hotel provided FIRST CLASS service, always friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations on bus time tables and places to eat. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, offering every comfort I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was varied and fresh, satisfying my morning cravings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on our recent trip to Palma de Mallorca. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the major bus station, making it easy to catch local buses to other parts of the island.
