The excellent staff, especially Moises, the Restaurant/Bar Manager. Fantastic facilities for families, with planned kids activities and great amenities. Clean and spacious duplex apartment with a secret balcony. Convenient location near the beach and all the restaurants in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent for families, with multiple pools and entertainment options for children. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, being away from the busy tourist areas but still close to the beach and within easy reach of the city's best attractions and activities.

The hotel had excellent facilities for cyclists, including secure bike storage and a bike shop. The optional extras like the swimming pool and spa were reasonably priced and added to the overall experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach, main town, and bus stops for easy transportation. The breakfast provided at the hotel was great, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable.
