The hotel facilities were even better than I expected, with a pool that surpassed the description. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything looked almost new. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, readily available to answer any questions. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the bottle of champagne and bottles of water upon arrival. The hotel's convenient location close to the center made it easy to explore this city.
