The hotel had impeccable customer service. The staff was helpful and lovely, and the security was serious, which made us feel safe. The hotel facilities, including the pool and water sliders, were fantastic. The outside of the complex was also impressive. The location was perfect, right near the Magaluf strip where all the pubs and clubs are. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and beautifully designed. The selection of food and drinks in the all-inclusive package was great, with different cultural food nights to try. The hotel had a fun and lively atmosphere, with pool parties every day. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, a short walk to a beautiful beach, and easy access to transportation.

The pool parties were amazing with different music every day. The drinks and food were excellent. The young and lively atmosphere made it easy to meet new people. The discount to the nearby night club was a great bonus. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to the vibrant nightlife in July and August.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and pools was exceptional. The hotel facilities, especially the water park, were perfect for us. The location was ideal, with the beautiful beach and Island Beach Djs just a short distance away. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
