The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the location and the facilities. The hotel is located in a great position, not far from the city of Palma, making it easily accessible by car or even by bus. The beautiful beach is just 200m away, providing a convenient and enjoyable place to relax. The hotel has excellent breakfast and dinner options, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. Additionally, there are plenty of sunny rest areas where you can unwind and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. The surrounding streets are lively, with bars and clubs nearby, but they don't disturb the peacefulness of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we were allocated was great, even though we heard that the cheapest rooms could be very small. We were lucky to get an apartment-style room with amazing views from the 6th floor. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lively Magaluf strip if we wanted to party, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The hotel had a good choice of drinks for the all-inclusive option, and the staff at the reception, bar, and restaurant were all friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is fabulous, just steps away from the beach and restaurants. The staff assistance was exceptional. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost passport, making phone calls and arranging transport for me. They even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and a birthday card for our celebration. The rooms were nice, modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the pool and outdoor terrace, were great. The food was good, and the breakfast was satisfying.
It was all superb.

The breakfast and dinner options were ample, with a variety of choices every day. the cleanliness was good, the hotel facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
